Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use thekatos for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Account information must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for protecting credentials, limiting account access to authorized people, and reporting suspected unauthorized use without unreasonable delay.

Creator responsibilities

• Own or have authority to represent every creator or channel account you connect.
• Provide accurate account, audience, tax, eligibility, and payout information.
• Review the complete campaign record before accepting and raise unclear requirements promptly.
• Deliver agreed content in accordance with the accepted brief, timing, disclosure rules, and applicable law.
• Do not manipulate audience or campaign data or misrepresent content performance.

Brand and campaign-owner responsibilities

• Have the rights and authority required to promote the subject of a campaign.
• Provide accurate product information, substantiation, required disclosures, restrictions, assets, and review contacts.
• State deliverables, timing, content rights, review stages, payout terms, and acceptance criteria before creator acceptance.
• Use creator and audience information only for legitimate campaign purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
• Do not require deceptive claims, concealed sponsorship, or unlawful content.

Campaign records and changes

Each campaign may include a brief, deliverables, schedule, review process, payout terms, usage rights, and other conditions. Parties should review that record before acceptance. A material change should be documented and accepted by the affected parties before it becomes part of the campaign.

Cancellation, rejection, revision, and dispute handling depend on the applicable campaign record and law. thekatos may preserve status history and communications needed to administer or review the campaign.

Payments and creator payouts

The campaign record should identify the payout amount, currency, intended timing, conditions, and any information required from the recipient. Processing can depend on campaign acceptance, identity or tax review, account eligibility, banking schedules, and the terms of the relevant payout provider.

Depending on country, currency, account eligibility, compliance review, and provider support, payout routes may include bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, or Cash App. A route shown on this website or in general product materials is not guaranteed to be available for every account, campaign, or country.

Users are responsible for providing correct payout and tax information and for their own reporting obligations. Suspected payout errors should be reported through the support route with enough campaign context to investigate.

Content and intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of their content except for rights expressly granted in a campaign record or separate agreement. Brands retain ownership of their names, materials, and other pre-existing rights. Each party confirms that it can provide the materials and permissions it contributes.

You grant the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, display, and transmit submitted material for operation of the service and the relevant campaign. thekatos and its underlying software, design, and branding remain protected by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• Break the law, deceive another person, facilitate harm, or violate third-party rights.
• Impersonate a person or organization or misstate your authority.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape restricted data, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
• Publish personal or confidential information without an appropriate legal basis and authorization.

Third-party services

Connected platforms, payout providers, and external links are governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability and decisions are outside the direct control of thekatos. You are responsible for reviewing the terms that apply before authorizing a connection or using an external service.

Availability and outcomes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be unavailable in some locations. No specific creator match, campaign performance, publication result, payout processing time, or business outcome is guaranteed. Information presented through connected services may depend on those services and their reporting methods.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service, subject to active campaign obligations and record-retention requirements. Access may be restricted or suspended to address security risk, unlawful use, a material breach, non-cooperation with a required review, or a legal requirement. Notice and an opportunity to respond will be provided where reasonably practicable.

Liability and governing terms

Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law and any specific written agreement. Rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected. Governing law, venue, and any required dispute process are identified in the agreement applicable to the account or campaign, or determined under mandatory law if no such agreement applies.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the published version. Material notice will be provided when required by law or an applicable agreement.
